Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling. Postage and Packing on small orders up to £9.99 will be charged £1.95.

Postage and packing is £2.95 for orders from £10.00 up to £39.99.

Postage and Packing is £3.95 for orders from £40.00 up to £59.99.

Postage and Packing is £4.50 for orders from £60.00 to £99.99.

Orders above £100.00 are normally despatched post free. First Class post is used for all orders unless otherwise stated in the information in each item on the site.

Overseas orders are charged £7.50 standard rate for for postage and packing.

Heavy items will state the postage surcharge in their details.

Delivery Schedule.

We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days .

Any back orders will be noted on your invoice and will not be charged for until they are ready for despatch.

Back Orders.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Your back ordered items will be sent to you with no extra postage charged.

Payment will only be taken for items being despatched. Any out of stock items will be back ordered and the payment for them taken when despatched. Postage, where applicable, will be charged on the first shipment and any back orders will follow , when available, post free.

Post Items back by Royal Mail 2nd class or, if over 2Kg, by Parcelforce. Ask at the post office for a "proof of postage" for Royal Mail consignments, they will give you a receipt free of charge. .

Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will receive immediate attention by replacement or refund. as appropriate, by return of post. Any postage refund will only be considered if goods are returned as above.

Unwanted items will normally be exchanged or refunded if returned unused, within 14 days of receipt. Postage will normally be charged on exchanged items.
